Modimolle, Nov 2019

Modimolle, Nov 2009
A breeding resident. Fairly common and widespread across the Waterberg, less so in the surrounding thorn savanna (79% in, 21% out; recorded in 48% of the Waterberg pentads); in pairs year-round, these mostly tied to the vicinity of breeding sites; occurs wherever there are cliffs, but also in towns, around farmsteads and at large road bridges which provide favoured nest sites. Breeds in summer.
