Keta Private Nature Reserve, Dec 2020

This majestic tree extends narrowly into the northern fringe of the Waterberg from its tropical range to the north with scattered large individuals in places (e.g. on the farm Cremartardfontein 560LR so-named after this tree, now part of D’Nyala Nature Reserve). There is also a remarkable concentration of about 80 smaller trees to the east on Thaba Nkulu. A protected tree in South Africa.
